Alvarez asked Murray what happened to Jackson and the doctor replied, “He had a bad reaction.” The King of Pop whose heart might have stopped had his leg attached to an IV. He was lying on his bed, arms stretch with eyes and mouth wide open. Investigators are not sure Alvarez’ report that Murray grabbed bottles of Propofol and told Alvarez to put them in a bag before calling 911 will stand up in a court of law. In the meantime, the Jackson family fired the Alvarez, but no one is talking.

Randy Jackson and the Forest Lawn Cemetery have come to an agreement allowing fans to visit his brother’s grave site beginning with the anniversary of the singer’s death June 25th. Fans can leave flowers at the mausoleum and pay their respects every day. Janet Jackson, Katherine and the three children together with Michael’s ex-wife, Lisa Marie Presley will also be at the cemetery.

No one gave the Beverly Hilton Hotel permission to host an event titled “Forever Michael” put together by the Jackson Foundation and VoicePlate.com set for June 26th at $150 a ticket. It seems Katherine and the children will be out of town and the estate was not contacted to use Michael’s images which would be in violation of intellectual property.

Attorneys representing Dr. Conrad Murray are opposing California’s Medical Board’s legal brief filed with the court to forbid the doc from practicing medicine until the conclusion of the criminal trial against him. Joe says he spent months urging his wife to get Michael into a rehab facility for his prescription drug addiction, but she did nothing. Michael would always listen to his mother, but never to his father. Joe now admits he failed Michael as he looks back over the past year of the grief and tragedy of the Jackson family. Katherine is still grieving while the three children and are doing quite well over the loss of their father, Michael. They know their biological mother, Debbie Rowe. She has come to visit the three children. Meanwhile Michael thought someone was going to kill him. Joe started worrying after Michael agreed to a $25 million dollar deal on his comeback London tour for the upcoming “This Is It” destined to be a smash hit. Then they increased the number of shows from 15 to 50 when Michael told me he only signed for a 15-show workload. So Randy Michael’s brother was supposed to look into this. Wish Michael would have walked away that day. It would be the last time I would ever see Michael. Then my daughter, La Toya called me that he passed away. Knew I needed to get to LA and headed to the family home in Encino. I had to see my son, but not on a slab. We’re all sad and miss him especially Paris, Prince Michael and Blanket. Michael was the greatest dad, but strict with his three children. I know Katherine and Debbie Rowe have a good relationship. I’m still looking for justice as Dr. Conrad Murray was charged with Involuntary Manslaughter last February. I have filed a wrongful death suit against Dr. Murray. There’s another legal action pending against AEG challenging the attorneys over my late son’s estate. I don’t know why Michael said bad things about me. Did not want to see my son end up hanging around in street gangs. I put a tremendous amount of work into developing him for show biz. Michael knew how much I loved him. My one regret is that I didn’t say goodbye properly. I want the world to remember his legacy.

Michael’s niece, Genevieve, Randy’s daughter was with Katherine Jackson on Friday when she unveiled a 7-foot high black granite monument with a concrete base honoring the King of Pop featuring a silhouette of Michael Jackson in one of his famous dancing moonwalk moves inscribed, “King of Pop, Michael J. Jackson August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009. Hometown of Michael Jackson, Gary, IN.” with “Never Can Say Goodbye.” The monument is in front of Jackson’s childhood recently fenced-in home. The house was freshly painted with newly-planted bushes, new concrete on walkway and driveway leading up to 2300 Jackson Street, Gary, Indiana. The only time Michael returned to Gary was in 2003 when the performing arts center plans were still on the table. His visit has been documented in a new film released June 25th in Japan titled, “Michael Jackson Commemorated.”
